One building, two roles

The transformation from the Athletes’ Village to East Village was almost complete. The first residents would soon be able to move in. But for that next step on the way – the place where tenants could sign their contracts – it was essential the compelling brand we’d developed was still to the fore.

In fact, the 730 square metre Management and Marketing Centre was more than just a place to sign. It was, as the name suggests, a further part of East Village's main marketing offer.

We developed two distinct areas: an intriguing multimedia exhibition space, filled with the latest digital technology, interpretative graphics with objects that represented different aspects of East Village life and a stylish tenant transaction space, where deals can be completed in a comfortable and semi private setting.
